We can’t pray with Kantanka’s name because… – Nana Yeboah replies Osebo

A statement made by fashionista and businessman, Osebo aka the ‘Zaraman’ urging Christians to pray to God through Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka and not Jesus Christ has sparked debate on social media with many expressing their thoughts.

The fashion model speaking in an exclusive interview with SammyKay Media boldly stated that Christians should pray through Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka. He explained that the God of Isreal is not the same God of Ghana, hence the need for Ghanaians to pray through Safo Kantanka.

The CEO of 247 Boutique furthered that the past God was for Isreal only and there’s a new God in every era.

He quizzed Christians why they feel comfortable mentioning the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob when praying but find it difficult to pray through the God of Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka. His comment caused a lot of people to react with many backing and kicking against it.

Well, Kumawood actor Nana Yeboah has also reacted and disagreed Osebo’s suggestion that Christians should pray through Safo Kantanta.

Speaking in an interview with GHpage tv, he said the Kristo Asafo founder should create his own world with human beings in it if he wants to be revered like God.

“If he wants us to worship him or use his name to pray, then he should create his world. He should have created his world with human beings in it. After all, when he made his car, he named it after himself. I pray to God, I pray using God’s name because he is the one who created the world I live in. Kantanka even lives in a world created by someone so we can’t pray with his name. What do we even say when we pray? That he (Kantanka) should protect us? How?” Nana Yeboah fumed
