Reports gathered have it that thieves at Baba Yara Sports Stadium yesterday snatched the expensive wristwatch of Black Stars skipper Andre Ayew.
Andre Ayew was in Kumasi to support the Black Stars team as they face the Super Eagles of Nigeria today of the final round of the qualifications series for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifications.
The sad incident happened moment after the Black Stars’ final training ahead of the super clash.
Ayew, who is suspended for the fixture, decided to spend time with the fans after the training session.
The value of the watch is worth $150,000, according to the confidant of the Al Sadd forward.
