Ghanaian musician Mzbel has finally reacted after former President John Dramani Mahama used the popular phrase ‘papa no’.
Reacting to it, the songstress took to social media and a shared a video which has the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama using the term ‘papa no’. Mzbel captioned the video ‘lol’.
The ‘papa no’ is a popular phrase which generated during the banter between Kumawood actress Tracey Boakye and singer Mzbel over an alleged ‘sugar daddy’ they are dating.
Ex-President John Mahama trended on social media yesterday after making use of the term ‘Papa no’ during an interview.
Delivering his message in local dialect Asante Twi, Mr. Mahama said:
“woto ma papa no a, ewo se wo to ma oba no” which literally means, ‘if you vote for the man, vote for his child as well’.
