A tearful Ukrainian reporter confronted United Kingdom Prime Minister, Boris Johnson during a press conference that he’s not going to Ukraine because he and NATO are “afraid”.
According to the journalist, Ukrainians are asking the west to protect their lives by declaring a no-fly zone because their women and children are in deep fear.
“Ukrainian women and children are in deep fear. They are desperately asking for the west to protect our skies, we are asking for a no-fly zone,” she said.
The prime minister was speaking in Poland earlier as he visits Nato allies on day six of the war in Ukraine as a large Russian convoy descends on Kyiv.
The President of Ukraine, Zelensky Volodymyr has also called on the US and NATO to establish a no-fly zone over Ukraine or put boots on the ground.
