Founder and General Overseer of Resurrection Power New Generation Church, Reverend Anthony Kwadwo Boakye has spoken after a video of his wife slapping some church elders over offertory went viral.
A few days ago, a CCTV footage of Mrs. Margaret Boakye, wife of Rev. Anthony Boakye giving hefty slaps to some elders of her husband’s church over offertory emerged online.
That wasn’t the first time the woman made headlines for negative news as she once stood on the pulpit to curse and call church members monkeys with accusations that they are gossiping about the sick pastor.
Prior to the incident, her husband on his sick bed issued a message to the church that she shouldn’t get involved in the church’s finances but it seems she’s back handling the church finances.
Well, Rev. Anthony Boakye who has not fully recovered from his ailment has reacted to the viral video.
In a video sighted by Adepanews.com, the renowned man of God could be seen issuing another stern warning to his wife. He warned her not to touch or handle the finances of the church again.
The gospel preacher also invoked curses on his wife and brother-in-law for hurling insults at him.
