Position on ballot paper does not guarantees victory – Politicians told

Political Marketing Expert, Dr. Kobby Mensah has cautioned the various political parties to intensify their campaign ahead of the upcoming general elections than relying on numbers.

According to him, the position of politicians on ballot papers are important but does not win election.

Speaking in an interview on Neat FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’, Dr. Kobby said; “they have to be more creative than the noise on numbers. That will not win them the election.”

The Electoral Commission (EC) did the balloting for Presidential for placement on the ballot paper in the impending election on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.

The Major political parties New Patriotic Party(NPP) and the National Democratic Congress(NDC) picked the first and second slots respectively.
