Days ago, the venerated head of the Prophetic Hill Chapel instituted legal proceedings against Nana Romeo and Stacy Amoateng. The legal action followed in the wake of Nana Romeo’s claim that Prophet Gaisie had been involved in an affair with his significant other during an interview on ‘Restoration’, a program which was presented by Mrs Amoateng.
In a video that was sighted by Adepanews.com, Okyeame Quophi, an erudite media personality, was quick to defend that the person in the suit is not his beloved spouse. He stated that his wife is not called ‘Stancy’—as explicitly articulated in the writ of summons.
Okyeame clearly stated that the names of defendants should be accurately mentioned during legal proceedings. Moreover, he added that those who are being sued should be served with the summons in person and the date on which they were served must be noted.
Absence of these aforementioned protocols, according to Okyeame, makes the suit by Prophet Nigel Gaisie seem illegitimate.
