Media personality, Bridget Otoo has reacted to the viral video of Strika of the movie Beast Of No Nation selling coconut on the streets of Accra.
Strika was making headlines a few days ago after a video of him selling coconut popped up online.
Unlike his colleague actor Abraham Atta, who has gained worldwide fame, Strika on the other hand is hustling on the streets of Accra trying to make ends meet.
After the video of Strika went viral, it sparked a lot of arguments on social media and among media personalities. Bridget Otoo has asked people trying to call on the producers of “Beast of No Nation” to help the guy stop because their part of the contract with him was delivered and that’s all they can do.
In an argument on Twitter, Bridget Otoo wrote:
I was in a movie with Abraham Atta is the same as your friend saying “I went to school with John Dumelo”, Yvonne Nelson is my friend, I was in the same Audition with Lydia FORSON… still I didn’t blow… That’s life. It’s tough .. the industry is also a tough one!
They don’t owe that boy anything. So I feature you in my movie, pay you. then you become my responsibility after the movie? What kind of entitlement is that? Abraham has been featured in other movies since he moved, he was one of the main stars of the show n tk his chance
