NDC executive who was arrested for inciting violence granted GH¢50K bail

The Asokwa Circuit Court Has Granted Suame NDC Youth Leader, Koampah Razak 50,000 Bail With Two Sureties.

Razak was nabbed by the police after a video of him urging National Democratic Congress (NDC) members to attack New Patriotic Party (NPP) sympathizers in the upcoming general election went viral.


Some supporters of the party were jubilating after the court granted Avoliya bail.

The NDC National Organiser, Joseph Yammin said the party is happy about the development and urged the party supporters to continue to support their own in times like these.


Five lawyers represented the accused person in court today. The case has been adjourned to March 9, 2023.
