Ghanaian rapper Kwaw Kese has waded into the trending debate on the legalization of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Transgender and Queer Intersex (LGBTQI) in the country.

The legalization of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Transgender, and Queer Intersex (LGBTQI) in Ghana has become a national debate for a couple of weeks now after European Union commended Ghana for respecting the rights of LGBT.

After the opening of their new office, religious leaders and traditional leaders including some politicians have frowned against the practice of LGBT in Ghana because it’s against the cultural values and norms in the country.

A lot of Ghanaians also condemned the actions of Representatives of European Union in Ghana as well as diplomats including Australian High Commissioner, Ghana who attended the opening ceremony of LGBT new office and endorsed illegality which is against the laws of Ghana.

Swedru-based rapper Kwaw Kese, however, has taken to his Twitter page to share his thoughts about the issue.

It is unwise for someone to follow butt, according to him, and also want Ghanaians to support them, as such nonsense can not be tolerated.

In Twi, he wrote;

“3tw3 d3d33d3 wo se wobedi trumu. Y3nsaen ngyegye wo so, ah gyimi sei”
