A video sighted by Adepanews.com captures the moment the Ghana police service arrested five robbery suspects at Buipe in the Savannah Region for car snatching.
A statement released earlier by the police had it that the suspects snatched a Toyota Camry salon car from its owner at a residential area in Tamale and bolted.
The statement read;
5 Robbery Suspects Arrested at Buipe for Car Snatching
Five suspected armed robbers have been arrested at Buipe in the Savannah Region following a robbery in Tamale. The five robbery suspects snatched a Toyota Camry salon car from its owner at a residential area in Tamale and bolted. However, the Police pursued them and succeeded in arresting them at Buipe.
A search on them led to the retrieval of a G3 Riffle and a pistol.
Details will be provided by the Northern Regional Police Command in due course.
Well, a video of the incident shows that the car snatching gang was led by an alleged fake military man.
