A 19-year-old Ugandan, Hillary Humphrey Kaweesa has expressed his political aspirations and is hoping to become the next Ugandan president in their upcoming general elections.
Kaweesa has picked nomination forms to contest incumbent President Yoweri Musevini in the general elections next year.
Kaweesa declared his interest to contest president Museveni since the Ugandan constitution allows citizens above 18 years to do so.
The young man has to raised 20m Ugandan shillings ($5,400) as nomination fees to file his forms and also have to collect 100 signatures in every district which is more than 100 for his nomination.
