Nigerian artist Peter Okoye, known by his stage name Mr. P, has shared his opinion on the Achraf Hakimi divorce saga involving the PSG defender and his wife Hiba Abouk.
According to reports, Abouk filed for divorce seeking over half of Hakimi’s assets, only to discover that he had registered all his possessions under his mother’s name.
In response, Mr. P took to Twitter to voice his thoughts, stating that he did not understand why many men were rejoicing over the situation. He advised against marrying someone you do not trust and reminded his followers to consider that their in-laws could be in a similar scenario.
Mr. P’s tweet read, “#JustMyOwnViewAndOpinion I don’t understand why most men are rejoicing over this Hakimi story? Like I don’t get it🤷🏾♂️ The truth is bitter but needs to be told. If you don’t trust her, then don’t marry as simple as that. Or are you expecting your wife to suffer after a divorce?🤷🏾♂️ Remember!!! The one you trusted with all your property in the name of Mother was once your father’s wife. #HakimiDivorce. The mother you are clamoring about was/is also somebody’s wife at some point before she became his mother. What if she was treated the same way?📌 Please marry your mother! EOS.”
