A viral video sighted online captures the sad moment a man attempted to end his life in a banking hall after the bank he saved his money released the money to fraudsters.
In the video trending on social media, the man could be seen trying to tie his neck with a wire to choke himself to de@th.
Bank officials were spotted trying to calm the man down.
According to reports, the fraudsters initially succeeded and gain access to his bank account and stole over N450,000, he reported the issue to the bank, and they traced and blocked the hacker’s account.
The man was told to go to court and get aroof that he did not transfer the money to the hacker’s account himself.
But on getting the affidavit to prove that he knows nothing about the transaction, he was told by the bank that they have released the money to the fraudsters.
