Kwame Yogot must stop his ‘nonfa’ rap and focus on singing instead – Hammer

Ghanaian music producer, Hammer of The Last Two has advised rapper Kwame Yogot to halt rapping and focus more on singing instead.

According to Hammer, the Ghanaian rapper sent him a song to review and was surprised about his singing prowess.

“When rapper Kwame Yogot sent me this song a few weeks ago to review, I was so surprised to find out the entire chorus was sung by him, including the backing vocals and all.

“I immediately asked him to get rid of all the frivolous rap that so often waters down his songs and replace it with singing verses instead,

“Cos honestly the rap took away from the sincerity of the song and its conviction. I’m so glad he listened,” he wrote sighted by MyNewsGh.com’s Amansan Krakye.

Meanwhile, the ‘Biibi Besi’ hitmaker and multiple Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) nominee has released his new song titled “I’m Feeling Okay” after parting ways with his record label.
