Kennedy Agyapong spoke out of anger; he won’t form his own party — John Boadu

General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party, John Boadu has reacted after Kennedy Agyapong threatened to form his political party if current executives of the party are re-elected.

The Assin Central speaking in an interview on Asaase Radio stressed that he will break away from the New Patriotic Party if their current executives are retained for the upcoming general election and form a party called “Abr)”.

Mr. Agyapong believes the current leadership of the party has failed and cannot help the NPP family win power in 2024.

The legislator without mincing words mentioned the party’s Communications Director, Lawyer Yaw Buabeng Asamoah as someone who needs to be voted out.

According to the General Secretary of the NPP, there is no way Kennedy Agyapong will break away from the party because he has undiluted love for it. John Boadu added that the lawmaker spoke out of anger during the interview.
