Kennedy Agyapong exposes JoyFM over plans to sabotage the government in reporting about matters about the Ejura Killings.
This is a fresh beef between Kennedy Agyapong and Joy FM over Kaaka’s death.
Kaaka, 45, born Mohammed Iddrisu, died on June 28, 2021, at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital after he was ambushed near his house while he was returning on his motorbike on June 26, 2021.
He was fatally beaten. Police have said they arrested three persons in connection with Kaaka’s killing, including his brother, Baba Iddi.
Two protesters were shot dead and four others were injured in clashes with security forces in the Ashanti region of southern Ghana, police and a hospital source said Wednesday.
This led to the creation of a committee to investigate the killings.
Responding to the revelations proceeding from the Ejura killings public committee hearing, Kennedy Agyapong alleged that Joy FM wants to sabotage the leaders of the nation because, in his own words, “they are not paying them well”.
The allegations from Kennedy Agyapong follows narratives by Joy News on the playout of the Ejura protests and subsequent military intervention which led to the death of two civilians.
“Read my lips, your boss – my brother in law, told me plain that Joy FM workers said NPP government is not taking care of them and so they will sabotage them. The owner of the business told me plain. Tell your boss if I am lying. I told Gabby and the rest. I’ve met Joy FM workers at Gabby’s house, what were they doing there? You want to destroy the nation!,” he said.
