Supreme Court judge who heard 2020 election petition passes away.
A Justice of Ghana’s Supreme Court, Samuel Marful-Sau died on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, after a short illness.
Justice Marful-Sau was a member of the 7-member Supreme Court panel that decided the 2020 Election Petition brought before the Court by former President John Dramani Mahama.
He was appointed to the Court in 2018 by President Nana Akufo-Addo.
The 64-year old Supreme Court Judge passed away on Tuesday at the Ga East Hospital.
