This follows after it was reported earlier that the former Black Stars player left his apartment around 4 am (February 6, 2023) before the first earthquake.

According to Hatayspor club officials, CCTV showed the player running to the parking garage to get his car out and it was during that period (20 minutes later) that the Renessaiance building totally collapsed following the second earthquake.
