Popular Ghanaian broadcaster, Nana Yaa Brefo has sadly disclosed that she has had six(6) In vitro fertilization (IVF) and tried other possible means of getting pregnant but all of them failed.
IVF is a complex series of procedures used to help with fertility or prevent genetic problems and assist with the conception of a child.
The versatile broadcaster said she stands no chance of giving birth again because she has no womb due to emergency surgery.
She made this shocking revelation while speaking in an interview with Adom TV’s Afia Amankwa Tamakloe.
According to Nana Yaa, 4 of the IVFs she had initially succeeded but the pregnancies got aborted along the line as a result of health implications.
The renowned radio/tv presenter revealed that she intended to adopt a child from Chilfren’s Home where she has even spoken with the head of Social Welfare in Ghana.
