Members of opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) and other concerned citizens of Ghana hit the streets of Accra to demonstrate against the controversial Electronic transaction Levy (E-levy).
The demonstration, dubbed ‘Yentua’ is a protest against much-hated E-levy the ruling government has intended to implement.
According to them, the e-levy must be dropped completely because it is an approach by the Nana Addo-led government to take money from Ghanaians.
Some of the protesters also allowed their words on their placards to do the talking.
The placards carry interesting messages and other politically motivated statements.
