I’m really sorry — Tereo Marhguy apologizes for coming to Facebook to talk about his son’s assault

Tereo Marhguy, father of Achimota Rasta student has asked for forgiveness for making the issue between him and his son public.

According to Mr. Marhguy, it won’t happen again after his family met with Child Rights International to discuss the matter and the threats he made.

“Everything that happened shouldn’t have taken place. We should calm down and figure it out. It’s too bad that it got out and made people think what they think.

“If it really hurt someone, I’m very sorry. I’m sorry that something like this had to happen to everyone. He only held my hand, and we were both in trouble.”

Tereo Marghuy said that his son had hurt him in a violent way.

In a video that was shared on social media, the father could be seen with bloody bruises on his hand. He said that after an argument, his son had hurt him.

“He was supposed to fix a tablet for his sister, but he was still sitting there watching TV an hour later when they were done. I went in and asked what was going on with Tyrone.

“He said mean things about his sister and unplugged the laptop. He walked up to me, and I told him I was going to slap him. He grabbed my hand, and as we fought back and forth, I got blood all over,” he said.
