Ghanaian journalist Bridget Otoo has insisted that she and her colleagues acted professionally when the young guy they disgraced appeared on ‘Next TV Star’ show for an audition.

A few days ago, a young guy identified as Journalist Albert was highly disgraced and was told to walk out from a studio when he went for ‘Next TV Star’ audition at Ghone TV.

This follows after it was revealed that he has been hurling insults at celebrities who happen to be the judges for the show on social media specifically Twitter.

The video trended on social media after one of the judges, Nana Aba Anamoah shared it on her Instagram handle. After the video went viral, a lot of Ghanaians especially social media users descended heavily on the judges with a section claiming that what they did to the young man was wrong.

Many also bashed them for using a sponsored show to settle personal scores instead of focusing on the talent.

But according to Bridget Otoo, she and her colleagues acted professionally when Journalist Albert came for the audition. Speaking in an interview monitored by Adepanews.com, she stated emphatically that it was the best time to rebuke the young man because they wouldn’t have had another chance to do so.

The TV personality added that she has no regrets for her reaction towards the young man and what they did to him was not vengeance as many claim.
