I did not collect a penny for performing at the launch of Ghana National Cathedral in USA — Sonnie Badu debunks claims

Gospel musician Sonnie Badu has finally reacted to claims that he was paid for performing at the launch of Ghana National Cathedral in USA.

Sonnie Badu was informed by the organizers of the event that the launch of the Cathedral is a charitable event to raise funds for the project, hence the organizers will send him something to give to his team.

“On the said day of the event, Dr. Sonnie Badu performed with his team but we regret to mention that the organizers of the event disappeared and did not pay any amounts as been alleged,” part of the statement said.
