Sympathizers of opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) have stormed the premises of Electoral Commission(EC) demanding declaration of results.
The boss of the electoral Commission, Mrs. Jean Mensa is yet to announce the winner of the just-ended presidential and parliamentary elections.
However, NDC supporters holding placards with inscriptions have stormed the office of EC shouting “we want peace” and they will not tolerate any form of rigging.
Some supporters held placards with inscriptions “‘EC we want peace”, “For Agyapa and PDS we will vote you out”, “Ghana has spoken”, “Let the EC declare the results”.
Meanwhile, security personnel has been deployed to the premises to calm the situation.
