Ghana Armed Forces has finally employed the brave taxi driver who gave his all to save individuals who were trapped under collapsed church building at Akyem Batabi in the Eastern Region.

Many people have been rescued so for but there is a feeling that there could be more people under the rubble. Hopefully all that is done.

This taxi driver by name “Côte D’Ivoire” is said to have singlehandly saved 17 people from the rubbles of the collapsed 3-storey church building at Akyem Batabi in the Eastern Region. According to reports the this willing man whose real name is Kwabena Boahen has been employed by the Ghana Armed Forces as a civilian employee for his bravery.

All we say is kudos to him and the Ghana Armed Forces for making him an example. These are the kind of people who need to be appreciated and awarded and not those people up there doing nothing but just taking advantage of the Ghana man.

The Church of Prosperity located at Akyem Batabi in the Eastern Region with Prophet Akoa Isaac as General Overseer collapsed on October 20, 2020 over 60 congregants who have gathered to pray for their leader who was in critical condition at the hospital.
