The Ghana Football Association has appointed Otto Addo as the new head coach of the Black Stars of Ghana.
Otto Addo was announced as the head coach of the senior soccer team after Executive Committee meeting on Wednesday in Accra.
Former Newcastle United manager, Chris Hughton has also been appointed as Technical Advisor.
Other members of the new technical team include George Boateng and Mas-Ud Didi Dramani.
Hughton, 63, will provide technical advice to the three-man team for next month’s FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 play-off match against Nigeria.
Their appointment comes after former coach, Milovan Rajavac was sacked following the abysmal performance of the Black Stars in the just-ended Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
