Renowned gospel preacher, Prophet Kumchacha has threw his weight behind the Black Stars of Ghana ahead of their game against Portugal.
According to the controversial man of God, he prays that the team brings the trophy home but football winners are not determined by prayers.
He urges the Ghana Black Stars to remain focused, strategise well and work hard on the pitch to bring success home.
Prophet Kumchacha also added that anyone under the cloak of pastorship who would say they can turn the tides in Ghana’s favour is a lair.
“When a bad prophet prophesies doom on the townfolk, he is also affected. So as a good citizen, I, Prophet Kumchacha, pray that they win. But we do not use prayer to play football. Anyone who says we use prayer to play the game is a lair. It is your hard work and swiftness.”
