Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah of Glorious Word Power Ministries has been remanded by the Accra Circuit Court 4.

The famous man of God was denied bail after he and three other men appeared before the Court on Monday, September 13, 2021.

According to reports, the NPP tagged prophet pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and has been asked to be in police custody for a week for further investigation.

Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah and three other men were arrested by the Ghana Police Service on Sunday, September 12 for assaulting some police officers.

The Police Service released a statement in the late hours of Sunday to confirm his arrest.

“Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah and three others have been arrested. The other three suspects are Michael Boateng, Frederick Ohene and Nathaniel Agyekum. Two other suspects are on the run and the Police are pursuing them,” Ghana Police stated in the press release.
