The founder and leader of the non partisan group, The People’s Project (TPP), Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as A Plus has exposed and reacted to President Nana Addo and the NPP are sharing television sets to buy off voters.
With only 6 days to the general elections, Ghanaians are ready to match to their polling station to cast their votes and elect or retain a Presidential candidate and as well Parliamentary member.
Political parties in their usual fashion have devised numerous strategies to spread their messages and hefty policies to the good people of Ghana to amass votes secure victory.
In regards to strategies being devised, photos of President Nana Addo and his Veep Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia were seen on television sets wearing their smile and their proud party colors.
According to some sources, this plus size Television set is meant to be rationed to citizens to buy votes to win the December 7 elections.
A Plus in reacting to the television sets with the pictures President Nana and Dr. Bawumia showed his surprise by saying that whoever thought that four years down the line Akufo Addo would have to share TV sets to win an election.
The political activist is one of the many who believed in the Nana Addo led administration and campaigned vigorously for the party to win but the in Aplus’ words the president has disappointed Ghanaians with the number of corruption scandals to hit their government.
He also indicated that if the Nana Addo’s led administration has improved the standards of living of Ghanaians as they claim, then why are they giving off free TV sets.
