Atsu’s one-week celebration ongoing at Adjiringanor [PHOTOS + VIDEOS]

The one-week observation of the late Black Stars winger, Christian Atsu is currently ongoing at the Adjiringanor Asro-Turf park.

Officials of the Ghana Football Association, Ministry of Youth and Sports, football lovers and others join the family to mourn the late footballer.

Christian Atsu was confirmed dead on Saturday, February 18, 2023 after he was trapped under rubble following the earthquake that hit Turkey.

Atsu was a highly talented player who is fondly remembered by Ghanaians for his exceptional performances for the Black Stars.

He made 65 appearances for the national team, scoring nine goals. One of his goals earned him the Goal of the Tournament award at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea, where he was also named the Most Valuable Player.
