Social media critic, Albert Nat Hyde widely known as Bongo Ideas has descended on the late Christian Atsu for marrying a White woman.
The final burial service for Christian Atsu, who passed away last month, was held on Friday, March 17 at the state house in Accra.
Mourners from across the country gathered to pay their last respects to the talented athlete, who had made a name for himself both at home and abroad.
Pictures of his wife and children from the funeral causes stir on social media.
Reacting to the pictures, Bongo Ideas claimed that the children of the deceased soccer player Christian Atsu do not look like their father.
In this post, he also suggested that the player should have married a Ghaianain instead of her foreign wife Marie–Claire Rupio.
He wrote;
It’s worthy to note that none of Christian Atsu’s kids look like him. Maybe, he should have married locally.
Marrying a while lady is not necessarily bad, but not when none of your kids took after you in terms of complexion or look.
