President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appointed former lawmaker for Ledzokuku, Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).
According to a letter released by the Office of the President, signed by the Chief of Staff Akosua Frema Osei-Opare his appointment takes effect May 3.
Dr Okoe Boye served as a Deputy Minister of Health in President Akufo-Addo’s first term in office.
