Ghanaian social media influencer, Rosemond Alade Brown widely known as Akuapem Poloo will be reportedly serving her 90-day jail term at the Ankaful Prisons in Cape Coast.

Hence, the video vixen has undertaken a Covid-19 test on Friday 16th April 2021 and is awaiting the results to begin her sentence.

Akuapem Poloo was charged and convicted for the publication of nude pictures with her seven-year-old son which she shared on the 30th of June 2020.

She was sentenced to 90 days on each count after she changed her not guilty plea to guilty before being convicted. The court said the sentence must run concurrently which means she will only serve a 90-day jail term.

Speaking to Lantam Papanko on Starr Today, on Starr FM on Friday, her lawyer Andrews Kudzo Vortia said the Covid result is expected to be ready on Monday.

He clarified that his client would be taken to the Ankaful Prisons if the test is negative.

Lawyer Vortia has also served notice he is going to file an appeal against the sentencing on Monday.

About the correctional facility Akuapem Poloo would be shipped to, Ankaful Maximum Security Prisons is the latest Prison established in Ghana. It is located at Ankaful Prisons Complex, Cape-Coast in the Central Region.

It is the Prison with the most secure facilities as per the title Maximum Security Prison. Maximum Security has been established with such a security facility to keep high sentence and High profile Prisoners, also to aid in decongesting the Prisons.
