Kumawood actor cum TV presenter, Akwasi Boadi popularly known as Akrobeto has reacted to issues surrounding Nana Ama McBrown after quitting UTV for Onua TV.
On Monday, March 13, the popular actress and show host was unveiled as the latest member of Media General, confirming her move from Despite Media where she hosted United Showbiz for over 3 years.
The move has witnessed some staff of Despite Media describing McBrown as ungrateful with others claiming that her former employers groomed her in being a better television presenter.
Well, Akrobeto who also works for Despite Media has spoken about the entire brouhaha.
Speaking in an interview with Kumasi-based Precise FM, ‘The Real News’ show host debunked claims that Nana Ama was sacked by the management of Despite Media.
According to him, the renowned actress left UTV after she was approached by Media General and realized that their offer was better than that of Despite Media.
He furthered that there is nothing wrong with the actress joining Onua TV.
