Agya Nkuto pleads on behalf of Akwasi Awuah over his infamous comments

Head Pastor of Power Cathedral International, Sampson Adjei popularly known as Agya Nkuto has offered an unqualified apology on behalf of Reverend Akwasi Awuah over some comments he made a couple of weeks ago.

Not long ago, the head pastor of Zion Church International stated categorically that the church is under no obligation to support financially unstable members.

He made it clear to the public while preaching on Kumasi-based Sikka 89.5 FM that congregational cash should be kept with the congregation rather than with individuals.

According to Akwasi Awuah, church funds are used to support activities of the church and not members. He pointed out the need for individuals to work for themselves and support the congregation.

After his comments, a lot of Ghanaians including some of his colleague pastors descended heavily on him.

Well, it has been revealed that Rev Akwasi Awuah has regretted for making such comments and has asked Ghanaians to forgive him.

This was made known by Prophet Agya Nkuto while speaking in an interview on Kumasi-based Angel FM.

According to him, Akwasi Awuah wept after the comments and asked him to apologize on his behalf.
