A section of social media users has descended heavily on former dubious fetish, Nana Agradaa for jumping into the defense of Hajia 4Real following her arrest.
Mona Faiz Montrage, known as Hajia4Real has been repatriated from the United Kingdom to the United States on allegations of swindling over $2 million.
Hajia is charged with wire fraud, money laundering, receipt of stolen money and conspiracy. She faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted on the top charge.
According to the New York Post, the Ghanaian musician and social media influencer singer appeared in Manhattan federal court on Monday.
During the court proceedings, she entered a plea of not guilty. It has been confirmed that she will be released in the upcoming days upon posting a $500,000 bond.
After her arrest, a lot of Ghanaians have jumped into her defense including evangelist Nana Agradaa.
However, her plea for Ghanaians to go it easy on Hajia was rubbished by netizens who noted that Agradaa is defending Hajia only because she’s also been a fraudster all her life.
