The Bono Regional chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP), Kwame Baffoe widely known as Abronye DC has been granted bail in the sum of GH¢100,000 with two sureties.

Abronye appeared before the court earlier today after he was arrested by the police for alleging that former President John Mahama is planning with terrorist group AI Qaeda to stage a coup in Ghana.

The court adjourned his case to March 9, 2022 after he pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against him.
