The Criminal Investigation Department of Ghana is said to have arrested three robbers out of six at Antuaso in the Westen region of Ghana leading to the killers of former MP Honorable Kwansah Hayford who died on October 9, 2020.

The Director-General of Ghana Police Service, Isaac Ken Yeboah, in revelation informs the public that, a piece of tip-off information concerning some arm robbers was given to police in relation to attacked vehicles on the Antuaso highway on 11th May 2021 at approximately 2 a.m in which patrol team made a follow up with it.

As the operation was ongoing, one of the robbers identified as Mohammed was killed said to be the leader of the group as three others were arrested. These robbers were convicted and sent to 20 years imprisonment each.

Following up with the above robbery news, it is said that, the three robbers admitted having taken part in the murder of late honorable EKow Quansah Hayford.

The court is yet to convict them on honorable Ekow’s murder case.
