Former Speaker of Parliament, Mr. Edward Doe Adjaho has assured the people of Akatsi South that the former president John Dramani Mahama has major projects installed when re-elected.

According to the former speaker, the next NDC administration would see to the construction of major market centers and other projects.

In an interview with the Ghana News Agency, He the gave the assurance after the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) toured the constituency.

“all our abandoned projects by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the District will come back to completion under Mahama’s next rule.” he stated

He appealed to all NDC supporters in the constituency to come together and back John

Mahama in the upcoming election.

“Success arrives when we put behind all differences and remain united.”

“Earlier, our chiefs made an appeal to Mr. Mahama towards the completion of all abandoned projects in the area and Mr Mahama and my party will not fail the people.”

During the meeting with Mr Mahama and the NDC at Torve in the Akatsi South District, the Paramount Chief of Avenor and the. President of Avenor Traditional Council, Torgbui Dorgloh Anumah VI, appealed to Mr Mahama to bring development projects to his area.

Mr Adjaho also appealed to all political parties to discourage vigilantism.
